Shipping & Returns



RNR greatly appreciates your business! In stock items are usually shipped out within 2-4 business days. Saddle Racks, Trash Cans & Buckle Frames are shipped via FedEx. All other orders are shipped USPS. If you would like to have an item Express shipped please call when placing your order. Also, if you are out of our delivery area, such as Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, etc., please call our store at 620-384-7633 & we would be HAPPY to help you complete your order. RNR Return Policy, terms and conditions:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact Rhinestones N Rodeo at (620) 384-7633 within 3 days of receipt; leave a message if no answer. No exceptions.
RETURNS -- eligible for store credit ONLY. Please see specific details below:
-All items must be returned to the store within 10 business days with original packaging, price tags attached, and original invoice to be EXCHANGED for in-store credit only. Items cannot be worn, washed, or have tags removed. If we do not receive it back to the Rhinestones N Rodeo store before the 10 day allowance from which your order was purchased, the return will be rejected.

-ALL SALES FINAL on SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, & CUSTOM ITEMS (ie. shoes, saddle racks, etc). RNR strictly enforces this policy and store credit will NOT be given for returned items marked as accessories, sale items, or custom items.
-Store credit will be given for the cost of all eligible returned merchandise (original and return shipping will not be refunded)

-ALL FURNITURE is final sale!
(Furniture must be picked up by purchaser. Loading, straps, etc are NOT provided, therefore the purchaser must provide their own. RNR will not assist in loading, packing, etc of merchandise). All loading and moving of furniture is in the hands of the purchaser. Any damages are not responsibility of Rhinestones N Rodeo.

Rhinestones N Rodeo is NOT responsible for normal wear and tear of products after use (purse straps breaking, clothing snagging, shoes coming apart, etc).
We reserve all rights to refuse a customer and to refuse particular exchanges.
